D.E.A.N. Emergency Alert Network
D.E.A.N. is an acronym for Dynamic Emergency Alert Network. The system has been specially designed to rapidly communicate time-sensitive information to several people simultaneously. Whether it is an emergency alert, weather advisory, or general information that must be shared with parents &/or faculty & staff, D.E.A.N. will instantly communicate with you via cell phone, instant text messages or by e-mail.
When you register on Round-up Day, you will be asked to provide an e-mail address and a cell phone number along with the annual fee of $3.

About Us
Founded in 1953, St. Joseph School is a
SACS accredited Catholic co-educational elementary school, Pre-K through
Eighth Grade, operated by the Catholic Diocese of Nashville and staffed by the Pastor of St. Joseph
Church, Dominican Sisters of St. Cecilia Congregation and Lay Faculty.

One of the pillars of Catholic education is academic achievement. And schools across
the Diocese of Nashville are achieving standardized test scores above the national average.
The results of the 2007 Iowa Test of Basic Skills, the standardized test administered
in elementary schools in the diocese each spring, show students averaging scores
above their grade level in every subject.
